1. Analysis and design

As a first step, we offer a consultancy service regarding the selected premises by evaluating the location and strategic potential. We then take care of creating a concept and architectural design: we lay the plans of the premises and layout of the workshop, we suggest how to orient the display cabinets and where to position the furniture, we study the country’s regulations and we interface with local technicians to ensure full compliance with regulations.

2. Custom-made furniture

The furniture is made in our workshop in Italian style, custom-made and with high-quality materials, selected by the customer from our samples. We work in collaboration with suppliers in order to keep abreast of the latest materials on the market and we provide integrated consultancy that not only concerns aesthetics but also functionality. The premises is entirely built in our workshop-theatre where the customer has full access to see the works in progress.

3. Assembly and installation

The premises is disassembled from the workshop-theatre and reassembled in the premises selected by the customer, together with our gelato machines, manufactured and supplied in-house thanks to collaboration with Icetech. We thereby deliver the complete premises, providing specialised technicians for on-site assembly around the world: we install, test and check the machines and we verify the furniture’s functionality.

4. Training and assistance

We provide a thorough training service to explain how our machines and equipment work: we have a special demonstration room where customers can use them personally. Our technical support is available 7 days a week: we provide telephone assistance to guide the customer on how to solve problems or we intervene personally with specialised technicians located worldwide.
